The right of withdrawal, commonly referred to as the "right to reconsider", is one of the most important rights attributed to the consumer by the Consumer Code. The matter is governed by Legislative Decree No 21/2014 which transposed Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change his mind about the purchase made, freeing himself from the contract concluded without giving any reason. In this case, the consumer can return the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid.
The right of withdrawal is provided for distance or off-premises contracts between a trader and a consumer.
Valore Italiano srl informs the customer that it is his right to withdraw from the purchase contract and then return the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day in which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer to receive the goods, or acquires physical possession of thegoods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice to our company's registered office located in Via Mario Menichini 54 00135 Rome, Italy. The communication can also be sent by e-mail.
